March 8th is International Women’s Day and it’s also our podcast’s 8th birthday! To celebrate, we are premiering a series of interviews with Inspiring Women.
“Never underestimate the power of a conversation…” — RA
Every time we talk with someone, we are inviting an opportunity to learn something new, an expansion, a healing, and sometimes even a transformation.
Our indie podcast, Cafecito Break was born on International Women’s Day March 2012 and is produced by women and hosted by women.
What do these women have in common? We are challenging the current paradigm, leading with our hearts and balancing it with logic and critical thinking. We look out into the world and the extremes we witness in society scare us deeply.
“Cafecito Break — Serving up insights mainstream won’t with coffee, wisdom, and lots of laughs.”
The ladies of Cafecito Break, “Rosangel, Ruthie, and Alex” host conversations about the great awakenings in spirituality, health, love, politics, society, relationships, and the occult. We ask bigger questions, dive down the rabbit hole of life, promote prosperity, wholeness, and healthy communities. Our intention is to inspire people to live a life of wellness, presence, and balance in this fast moving modern world.
90 percent of our podcasts since 2012 have been produced live.
Each show is a lil journey and has its own magic and wisdom. Every show teaches us something, even if what it teaches is hard to look at or talk about. We don’t try to control it. We allow it to flow and we weave our show and our intended conversations around it.
In a world where there is so much that is fake, staged, or edited, Cafecito Break invites “in the moment” thoughtful critical reflections/conversations which I like to call “Now Medicine”.
We love to interview people who are daring greatly and living lives bigger than themselves for the sake of community and the greater good.
Connecting with community matters to us. We love to meet and converse with new people and welcome them into our Cafecito Break circle. We recognize that everyone and anyone can be a teacher. We can learn from the elders, the children, from men and women, and even from that person we would love to dislike.
Because it’s Cafecito Break’s 8th Birthday, we are celebrating this big milestone by featuring “In Celebration of Her: Inspiring Women Series”
I am deeply humbled and honored to have had the opportunity to share such precious time with these dynamic women entrepreneurs. Thank you!
